Job Summary:
To be responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. This is an on-site position that reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor. This is a full-time position that requires working from Wednesday through Sunday, with availability for on-call emergencies.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
