The Role

The Business Operations Manager reports directly to the CEO and owns the company's operational and financial backbone. This role will help define and manage office and administrative operations standards, and will eventually oversee the Operations Coordinator once the position is filled.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a day-to-day operational finance partner, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into spend and financial health
  • Own vendor management end-to-end, including sourcing, contracts, renewals, negotiations, and performance
  • Partner with Legal on contracts, compliance support, and operational legal workflows
  • Own company asset management (hardware, equipment, inventory tracking, lifecycle management)
  • Own company spend and reporting in Brex, ensuring accurate classification, documentation, and visibility
  • Serve as the operational bridge between Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in partnership with the bookkeeper
  • Support AR by coordinating outreach to customers regarding
