We are looking for a On-Call Food Runner to join our team at our fast-paced, fine dining restaurant at Hyatt Regency Orlando This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring proper plate placement and presentation
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist servers by refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and supporting guest needs as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining area by resetting tables and supporting with bussing duties during peak times
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for use

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous food runner or restaurant support experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
• Team-player mentality with a positive, guest-first attitude
• Flexible availability preferred: morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
