Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipping. We emphasize efficiency and accuracy in all our processes. A strong focus on **safety** is mandatory, requiring all employees to diligently follow **safety** protocols and correctly use **PPE**. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves regular **Lifting** of goods, moving stock, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory according to warehouse procedures.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work area.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and the correct use of **PPE**.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of warehouse stock.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our **logistics** workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to **Lift** up to 50 lbs.
- Good understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory flow.
- Strong commitment to workplace **safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently.
- Team player with good communication skills.
