In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and then carefully packaging them for shipment. Your precision and speed are essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations. You will work closely with other warehouse associates, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our facility. **Safety** is our utmost priority, and all team members are required to adhere to strict **safety** protocols and utilize all necessary **PPE**. This position involves regular **Lifting** of product boxes and requires a good level of physical stamina. We foster a collaborative environment where teamwork and efficiency are valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Package items appropriately for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order details to guarantee accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and tidy picking and packing station.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of inventory as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our **logistics** operations.
- Report any inventory inaccuracies or product damages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to **Lift** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to **safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
