We are seeking motivated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is fundamental to our distribution operations, ensuring that goods are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. A keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to workplace safety are essential. All team members are required to adhere to safety regulations and use appropriate PPE. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a desire to contribute to a successful logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the warehouse and logistics industry. Responsibilities include: Unloading and receiving incoming shipments accurately. Verifying product counts and inspecting for damage. Stocking inventory in designated areas of the warehouse. Picking items based on order tickets with high accuracy. Packing orders safely and efficiently for shipment. Loading outgoing shipments onto trucks. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required). Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE. Participating in inventory control activities, including cycle counts. Collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet operational targets. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
