We are looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on receiving, storing, picking, and packing products. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and in accordance with our high standards. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Store products in designated areas, maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and proficiently (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including work areas and common spaces.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Load and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
- Must be comfortable with Lifting up to 50-75 lbs on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to safety, including the consistent use of required PPE.
