Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This role is fundamental to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of warehouse tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. We are deeply committed to workplace **Safety**, and adherence to all **Safety** regulations and the proper use of **PPE** is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina for **Lifting** and moving products, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team. Your contribution is vital to meeting our operational goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all **Safety** procedures and guidelines rigorously.
- Wear and properly use all required **PPE**, such as steel-toed boots and safety vests.
- Perform **Lifting** of products up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our **Logistics** network.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Must be physically capable of **Lifting** up to 50 lbs. Strong understanding of warehouse **Safety** practices and requirements for **PPE**. Familiarity with basic **Logistics** principles is a plus. Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
