Become a vital part of our operations as a Warehouse Worker at our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is key to our **Logistics** process, ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are fulfilled with precision. Responsibilities include receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking items for orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. We foster a culture of **Safety**, and strict adherence to all **Safety** policies and the proper use of **PPE** is mandatory. This position demands physical capability, including significant **Lifting**, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Your dedication will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and condition.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products safely and efficiently for shipping.
- Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to **Safety** standards.
- Utilize all provided **PPE**, including but not limited to safety vests and closed-toe shoes.
- Perform frequent **Lifting** of materials, sometimes up to 50 lbs.
- Support the overall **Logistics** flow of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory cycle counting.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience is beneficial. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be capable of **Lifting** up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to workplace **Safety** is essential. Must be comfortable using **PPE**. Familiarity with **Logistics** operations is a plus.
