We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will be a vital part of our logistics network, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Properly use required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Support overall logistics operations and collaborate with team members.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts if needed.
