Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack items for outgoing shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and other inventory control tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Manage the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting and bending.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse processes.
- Commitment to safety protocols and correct use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
