This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive lifting. - Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, adhering to all guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Capacity for consistent lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong emphasis on safety awareness and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
