We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, supporting our critical logistics functions. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the use of PPE, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Tasks may involve regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Support the smooth functioning of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety procedures.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
