We are looking for a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our busy warehouse in Portland, Oregon. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently and accurately receive all incoming inventory, ensuring that all deliveries are checked against purchase orders and delivery manifests. You will be responsible for inspecting goods for any damage or discrepancies, documenting any issues, and preparing items for put-away. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical. You will work closely with our logistics team and vendors to resolve any receiving-related issues. This role involves operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment, and a commitment to adhering to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or receiving environment is a plus. We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory records. This position is key to ensuring the integrity of our supply chain. Your role directly impacts our inventory accuracy and operational efficiency within our logistics network. Accurate data entry for received goods is essential.
