We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a core member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of inventory and order fulfillment. Your duties will include receiving and unloading stock, accurately storing goods, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role is critical to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are dedicated to fostering a safe work environment, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock inventory in designated locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures.
- Must be compliant with all PPE regulations.
