Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy to ensure correct items and quantities are picked and packed.
- Label packages for shipment, ensuring all information is clear and correct.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform routine checks on packing supplies and replenish as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as receiving or stocking.
- Ensure all required PPE is worn correctly at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform tasks involving consistent Lifting, typically up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be willing to wear and maintain PPE.
