Join our vibrant team in Seattle, Washington, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a vital part in the efficient movement of goods and contribute to the overall success of our Logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and loading operations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to Safety procedures.
- Commitment to wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
