We are looking for energetic and dependable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in sunny San Diego, California! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, all within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Logistics and e-commerce sectors. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment for all our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices.
- Conduct quality control checks on all outgoing orders.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of your workspace and the warehouse.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for entire shifts.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with scanning technology.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Commitment to upholding all Safety standards and using PPE correctly.
