Become an essential part of our operations as an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are looking for detail-oriented and energetic individuals to accurately select and prepare products for shipment. This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will work within our warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and technology to fulfill customer demands. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency will be key to our success in the fast-paced Logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Use handheld scanners and other devices to track inventory and order progress.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for the shipping department.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company Safety standards.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, such as receiving or stocking.
- Contribute to team goals and efficient workflow within the Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capable of frequently Lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
