Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the Logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
