A large Independent Estate Agency is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join its successful Worthing branch. This is a key role supporting the Branch Manager while contributing directly to business growth and day-to-day sales performance.
The position suits a confident residential sales professional with strong valuation experience, leadership ability, and a proven record of securing new instructions.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Conducting market appraisals and securing new property instructions
Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets and profitability
Assisting with the management, development, and support of the sales team
Progressing sales and ensuring a smooth transaction process
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
Providing guidance and support to negotiators on agreed sales processes
Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service
Representing the branch professionally within the local market
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or similar
Strong listing and valuation experience
Sound understanding of the residential sales process
Proven ability to secure new business
Experience supporting or managing a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Professional presentation and approach
Full UK driving licence essential
Local knowledge of Worthing beneficial
