Job Description The Associate Director of Aesthetics Analytics will lead on-going analytic support across multiple product categories and markets; this role is accountable for ongoing delivery of business results in the form of performance reporting and analytics as needed to support key business questions.
The Associate Director will also partner with brand teams to help formulate commercial investment strategy, identify tactical opportunities, enhance promotional and media programs, and develop metrics and practices for measuring and improving marketing and promotional campaigns and initiatives.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional partners and internal customers such as Finance, Customer & Customer Marketing teams and Business Technology to design, build, and implement reporting, analytics, and optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic business and analytics consultant
to multiple brands and portfolios, translating complex data into clear commercial implications and guiding leaders toward high-impact decisions.
Connect cross-functional insights
(market, consumer, financial, operational) to build an integrated view of business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency across the end-to-end value chain.
Deliver a broad range of analytics solutions—from routine performance reporting and forecasting to
advanced analytic methodologies —to address critical business questions and support strategic decision-making.
Extract meaningful insights from customer and consumer data to strengthen understanding of subnational dynamics, competitive shifts, and market opportunities; inform annual planning, S&OP alignment, and financial forecasting cycles.
Design, develop, and operationalize
analytical frameworks that measure effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI across multi-channel promotional tactics (professional and consumer).
Lead advanced analytics, scenario planning, and forecasting efforts supporting both brand-level and portfolio-level long‑range planning; run
optimization scenarios
leveraging Commercial Mix Models and other techniques.
Build and enhance measurement solutions for promotion effectiveness, including
regression, Marketing Mix Modeling, test/control, attribution , and performance dashboards.
Champion innovation by improving omni‑channel measurement capabilities and enabling fast, actionable insights that enhance commercial execution.
Serve as a results‑oriented partner , ensuring insights translate into action with clear recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset—navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly to new business needs, and proactively identifying new analytical opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, in a technical,
business, economics, or marketing‑related field preferred ; advanced degree preferred (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics).
8–10 years of experience in
advanced analytics, business performance analysis , forecasting,
commercial effectiveness, marketing ROI, and consumer behavior analytics .
Strong business acumen with the ability to
understand how the business works end‑to‑end , anticipate stakeholder needs, and translate analytics into clear strategic and operational implications.
Demonstrated capability to
"connect the dots"
across disparate datasets and functional areas to craft holistic, insight‑driven recommendations.
Knowledge / Experience applying analytic, data mining, and statistical techniques.
Proven track record of
results orientation , driving measurable commercial impact through data‑driven solutions.
Strong consulting and communication skills: able to
simplify complexity , influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment in highly matrixed organizations.
Solid experience collaborating with and managing external vendors, agencies, and data partners.
High adaptability and comfort operating in fast‑paced and evolving environments with an
entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented mindset .
Strong
teamwork
orientation and ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross‑functional structures.
Recommend this should be closer to 10 years experience.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short‑term incentive programs.
