As a DC Associate, you will be an integral part of our **logistics** chain, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement of goods. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to **safety**. You will be working in a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Strict adherence to all **safety** regulations and the correct use of required **PPE** is essential. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent **Lifting** of items weighing up to 50 lbs, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of performance within our **logistics** operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
- Adhere to all **safety** procedures and utilize appropriate **PPE**.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our **logistics** network.
- Perform tasks involving **Lifting** and moving of various products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to **Lift** up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and correct **PPE** usage.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
