In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your efficiency and accuracy are vital to our logistics success. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. All employees must adhere to safety regulations and utilize the provided PPE. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include: Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against order documentation. Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies. Stocking received items in appropriate warehouse locations. Accurately picking items according to order specifications. Packing products securely to prevent damage during transit. Loading and unloading trucks and other delivery vehicles. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be preferred). Following all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE. Participating in inventory control initiatives, such as cycle counting. Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily operational goals. This role involves regular lifting of up to 50 pounds and requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Experience in a logistics environment is a plus.
