Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Verify picked items against order details for correctness.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pick-up.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring Safety standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to team goals in a dynamic logistics setting.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting tasks, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
