Join our team in Sacramento, California as a Warehouse Worker! This position is fundamental to our daily logistics and operations. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors to support logistics flow.
- Uphold company standards for productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and endurance for standing, walking, and moving throughout shifts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
