Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company policies, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist in other areas of warehouse operations as needed to support logistics goals.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in a physically demanding role.
