We are seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse facility. You will be performing a variety of tasks that require precision and adherence to strict safety protocols. This includes loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from designated areas, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Experience with different types of forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models, is highly desirable. You will be expected to perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working order and report any issues immediately. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be handling sensitive materials and ensuring accurate placement and inventory counts. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to be part of a growing logistics operation. Responsibilities:
