Your primary responsibilities will involve the efficient and safe handling of goods, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is integral to our **Logistics** network, ensuring that products move smoothly through our facility to reach our customers. You will be trained on operating various warehouse equipment and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while upholding rigorous **Safety** standards. A commitment to teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued. The ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** of heavy items, is essential. We provide necessary **PPE** to ensure your well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with accuracy and efficiency.
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for transport.
- Stage finished orders for carrier pickup.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Follow all **Safety** procedures, including the correct use of **PPE** (e.g., steel-toed boots, safety glasses).
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of products, often weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to **Logistics** efficiency by performing duties diligently.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team or independently. Must be able to handle repetitive **Lifting** and bending. A strong understanding of warehouse **Safety** protocols is required. Willingness to wear required **PPE**. Basic knowledge of **Logistics** operations is a plus.
