This position is fundamental to our Logistics network, encompassing tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working with technology, such as scanners and order management systems, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, so adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE are essential. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Sort and organize products within the fulfillment center.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
