We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this dynamic role, you will be essential to the smooth operation of our logistics facility, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks critical to our supply chain. Key duties include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Stocking and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conducting regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strict adherence to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Using and maintaining required PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly desirable. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all team members to prioritize Safety. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
