We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial for the efficient movement of goods within our facility, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities include operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will be responsible for accurately picking and transporting products to and from various warehouse locations, including staging areas, production lines, and shipping docks. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure product integrity and minimize damage. Compliance with all Safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to all established company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will contribute to overall warehouse productivity and efficiency. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess excellent hand-eye coordination. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our expanding Logistics network. Prior experience operating similar heavy machinery in a warehouse setting is essential. You will be expected to perform routine checks on your equipment to ensure it is in good working order. The role involves significant Lifting and maneuvering of various items, so physical stamina is required.
