Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Utilize scanning devices and warehouse technology to track order progress.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear necessary PPE.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory as needed.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a picking or packing role is preferred but not required. Must be able to perform regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse safety practices. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of logistics principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
