Join our bustling warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Warehouse Worker . This hands-on role is essential for the day-to-day operations of our facility, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient storage, movement, and preparation of goods. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work as part of a team, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Understanding of basic logistics and a commitment to following Safety protocols are key.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Wear required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting and bending.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using proper lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics .
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE .
