We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Shipping Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products to our customers. This position involves coordinating with various departments, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for verifying order accuracy, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and ensuring all packages are properly labeled and prepared for transit. This role is fundamental to our supply chain operations, ensuring that goods reach their destinations without delay or damage. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to established safety protocols. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to prevent errors and maintain customer satisfaction. We encourage individuals with experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor to apply. Understanding of shipping software and procedures is beneficial. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically may be required as part of the role.
