Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Stage products for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Handle potential Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and physical stamina.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Safety regulations.
