While primarily focused on data and systems, occasional physical tasks involving lifting may be required. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cycle counting programs.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and root causes of errors.
- Perform regular audits of inventory accuracy.
- Implement process improvements to enhance inventory control.
- Manage stock adjustments and maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Generate reports on inventory status and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE .
- Support the overall efficiency of supply chain and logistics .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and WMS.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards.
- Ability to perform occasional physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
