The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and dispatching outgoing shipments. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring that products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. You will work closely with warehouse staff and transportation providers to manage the flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include verifying shipment details, selecting appropriate packaging materials, generating shipping labels, and maintaining accurate shipping records. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and carrier requirements is essential. You will also be responsible for coordinating with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We value a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety protocols.
