We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for motivated individuals. A strong commitment to safety, including proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and recording.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Understand and contribute to efficient logistics processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
