We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting in the implementation of inventory control procedures. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operations departments to resolve inventory-related issues promptly and effectively. The role also involves assisting in the development and refinement of inventory control strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is essential. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a well-organized and efficiently managed warehouse.
