We are currently seeking a qualified and dependable LPN Weekend Supervisor to serve as a clinical leader within our facility.

&##Position Overview: LPN Weekend Supervisor
The LPN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day nursing operations on assigned weekends. This role provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to nursing staff while partnering with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care. The Weekend Supervisor also serves as a professional and approachable liaison between residents, families, providers, and staff.
✅ Key Responsibilities of the LPN Weekend Supervisor:
# Oversee daily resident care operations during weekend shifts
# Supervise, direct, and support nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery
# Assist in maintaining resident care standards through oversight of quality assurance, infection control, and utilization review activities
# Receive and communicate physician instructions related to resident care and ensure orders are implemented appropriately
# Oversee delegation of nursing and therapeutic procedures within LPN scope of practice
# Conduct regular resident rounds to assess physical condition, behaviors, and overall care quality
# Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing observations and treatments
# Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and facility policies and procedures
# Serve as a dependable and personable liaison between residents and their families
&##Qualifications for the LPN Weekend Supervisor:
# Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
# Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
# Experience in long-term care or working with the geriatric population preferred
# Strong organizational, planning, and personnel management skills
# Ability to read reports, interpret data, and apply information accurately
# Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct nursing services in collaboration with other departments
# Professional, dependable, and resident-focused leadership style
