Responsibilities
Your main place of work will be at Coworth Park, Ascot, spending 1 or 2 days a week at our London office
Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments
Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels' budgets
Have a clear understanding of overall hotel goals
Awareness and understanding of competitive sets, and ability to effectively sell against them
Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales with relevant projects when assigned

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' proactive experience in the group segment, ideally within the luxury sector
Driven and creative individual with strong communication skills
Team player with ability to work harmoniously within immediate department and across the wider hotels
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
