We're looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Glasgow. This is an office-based role ideal for someone who wants to develop their sales skills, grow their income, and make a real impact in a supportive, friendly and ambitious environment. What You'll Be Doing As our Sales Executive, you will: Develop new business through proactive outreach (phone, email, digital channels). Build strong relationships with clients across a range of industries. Identify, qualify and convert sales opportunities. Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service and communication. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Work to achievable targets and consistently deliver results. Manage your pipeline and activity using CRM tools. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, ideas and best practice. This role is perfect for someone who loves speaking to people, enjoys variety, and gets a buzz from closing deals. What We're Looking For You'll succeed in this role if you have: Proven success in a sales or target-driven environment (any sector). Excellent communication skills confident on the phone, email and video calls. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. A positive, resilient and proactive attitude.
