Production Associate

Job Description

Brim Juicery is looking for a Production Associate to join our team in Calgary, AB. This position will be responsible for the production of our products in our Calgary, AB facility. Please note that your working days are Friday to Sunday

Essential Functions:

• Work with other production staff to ensure quality and safe production of products.
• Work efficiently to meet the daily sales and production targets.
• Carry out assigned production tasks which may include but are not limited to moving materials, prepping materials, weighing materials, and operating various pieces of production equipment.
• Safely use a variety of hand tools including knives in the preparation of materials for production.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area at all time.
• Be capable and flexible in learning multiple production tasks to be fully cross-trained in multiple areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, production area, and packaging.

Requirements:

• Responsible and dependable.
• Possess strong sales and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow prescribed production methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to carry out basic math calculations.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability from Thursday to Sunday
• Food Safety Level 1 is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
