About This Position:
INflow Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our Navy program. NNSY’s mission is to safely return warships to the Fleet on time and within budget. The Systems Administrator will support the administration, maintenance, and operation of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant system operations in support of shipyard and Fleet readiness.

Job Responsibilities
Configuring, managing, and maintaining enterprise windows server environments.
Administering system components such as servers, applications, services, and databases.
Managing user permissions, Active Directory integration, and system security policies.
Implementing and maintaining governance policies, backup and recovery plans, and disaster recovery strategies.
Administering and optimizing system management tools and core services supporting enterprise operations.
Performing routine system health checks and applying patches, Cumulative Updates (CUs), and Service Packs (SPs).
Monitoring system performance, reviewing logs, and responding to alerts or issues affecting system availability or performance.
Collaborating with infrastructure teams to support Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server configurations.
Investigating and resolving system errors, performance issues, and service disruptions.
Providing Tier II/III support to end users and system owners for system-related issues.
Maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidance.
Deploying and configuring custom or third-party system solutions and applications.
Supporting solution lifecycle management across development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills
Experience administering and maintaining enterprise IT systems, servers, applications, and core services
Proficiency managing Active Directory, user permissions, security policies, and system access controls
Hands‑on experience with Windows Server environments, including IIS and SQL Server integration
Ability to perform system patching, updates, and routine maintenance to ensure system security and availability
Experience monitoring system performance, reviewing logs, and responding to alerts and incidents
Strong troubleshooting skills supporting Tier II/III system issues and service disruptions
Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting custom and third‑party applications across multiple environments
Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning and execution
Ability to document system configurations, procedures, and operational support guidance
Education & Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related discipline (or 3 additional years of experience)
Minimum of four (4) years of experience performing systems administration in enterprise environments.
Desired Certifications
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
CompTIA Security+ CE
Clearance Requirements
DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
