Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company at new build developments, guiding customers through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry to completion. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the developer’s high standards and helping to grow their reputation even further.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales process for new build homes, from initial enquiry to handover.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with buyers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Work closely with site managers, marketing teams, and mortgage advisors.
Ensure show homes and sales areas are presented to the highest standard.
Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company’s values.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in new build residential sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Lancashire property market is a plus.
Passion for quality and attention to detail.
