Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Newcastle-Gateshead, located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and managing corporate and transient market segments and accounts. The individual will collaborate with various teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Qualifications
Sales expertise with a strong ability to close deals, identify new opportunities, and manage client accounts effectively
Experience in sourcing new business, researching and winning new business through call handling
Experience in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and client engagement strategies
Proficiency in marketing, negotiation, and communication
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver on targets
Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is highly advantageous
Proficiency in using Opera Cloud PMS, knowledge of iDEAS system and account management recording
