As our Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks relating to customer satisfaction, customer communication, and sales support. You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful related experience and/or training in the field of customer service or prior supervisory experience to KONE. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Other Listed Duties:
Ability to interact with our customers and service people in a courteous and professional manner while still reaching productivity targets. Proficient skills in spelling, communications, and data entry. Ability to drive process changes that deliver improved customer satisfaction levels. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Proficient in SFDC, MS Excel and MS Access a plus. $62,265. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
