We are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong technical background who can manage the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring designs are coordinated, compliant, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
Managing the full design process across construction projects Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Reviewing and managing design information to ensure buildability and compliance Identifying and resolving design risks and clashes Supporting pre-construction and tender stages Ensuring projects meet programme, budget, and quality requirements Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods and technical detailing Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with site and commercial teams Must be based locally or willing to travel regularly to the company's office/projects in Corby What's on Offer
