They pride ourselves on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. As they expand, they're looking for ambitious, sales-driven individuals to join their team.
The Role Seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Junior Account Manager to help drive new business and support existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales mindset, ideally with some B2B experience, to grow their career in commercial finance.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate new leads
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
Identify client needs and match them with suitable finance solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM
About You
Driven, ambitious, and highly sales-focused
Ideally some experience in B2B outbound sales (phone-based)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
